    The house has large formal lounge and dining rooms with views of the water. There are 5 bedrooms, 1 King, 3 Queen (1 with ensuite) and 1 room with 2 King Single beds. The large main bathroom has a claw foot bath, double vanities, toilet and separate shower and there is a further separate toilet off the laundry. There is another informal lounge and two sunrooms (one set up as a kids room).

    The Large kitchen with stone top benches and an eating area for 10 with a separate round table for 6 are perfect for lovers of the art of food and dining. A fully equipped laundry, central heating and ceiling fans, 2 smart TV’s and a Bose docking system are available for guests convenience. The garden has a Weber Q BBQ and an elegant outdoor stone topped table with seating for 10.
